Description

The MAXEYE AM FM RDS Signal generation toolkit contains VIs that can be used for generating signals with National Instruments hardware or generate signals in simulation mode as per the AM FM RDS Standard IEC 62106:1999.This toolkit has information about the LabVIEW API VIs to help engineers for programming.

The AM FM RDS Signal generation toolkit contains examples for performing the following

i. Creating the waveform based on the standard specific user input parameters and then downloads the waveform to NI RFSG.
ii. Creating the waveform based on the standard specific user input parameters and then writes the waveform to the file.
iii. Playing the waveform using NIRFSG and NI USRP.

Note: VI Package Manager 2014 is required to install the package, before installing the package run VIPM and LabVIEW as administrator.

Minimum System Requirements
This section lists the minimum system requirements for using this toolkit. Before installing the Digital Video Toolkit software, verify that your system meets the following requirements:
" Windows 10 /Windows 8 / Windows 7 with all available critical updates and service packs
" 4 GB of free hard drive space
" 4GB of RAM
" NI LabVIEW 2014(32 bit and 64 bit), NI LabVIEW 2015(32 bit and 64 bit), NI LabVIEW 2016(32 bit and 64 bit) Full Development System or Professional Development System
" NI Third Party Licensing & Activation Toolkit

LabVIEW 2014 :
" NI Modulation Toolkit 4.4 or later version.
" NI RFSG 14 or later version
" NI USRP 14 or later version
" NI PXIe-5644R/5645R/5646R Instrument Design Libraries 14.0 or later version(Require Only for MaxEye AM FM RDS VST Play Waveform from File and MaxEye AM FM RDS RFSG Generate Waveform (Real Time VST) Example)
" Note : MaxEye AM FM RDS VST Play Waveform from File.vi and MaxEye AM FM RDS RFSG Generate Waveform (Real Time VST).vi example support only 32 bit LabVIEW.

LabVIEW 2015 :
" NI Modulation Toolkit 15.0 or later version.
" NI RFSG 15.0 or later version
" NI USRP 15.0 or later version
